    In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter GDPR), Crucemundo SL. sets forth this Policy regarding the treatment and protection of personal data.

    This Policy will be applicable to:

    Visitors of the Crucemundo website:

    Those who voluntarily communicate with Crucemundo through email, chat or fill in any of the data collection forms on the Crucemundo website.

    Those who request information about the trips and services promoted by Crucemundo, or request to participate in any of the Crucemundo commercial campaigns.

    Those who formalize a contractual relationship with Crucemundo by booking a trip or any of the services offered.

    To any others who, directly or indirectly, have given their express consent for their data to be treated by Crucemundo for any of the purposes set forth in this Policy. The booking of the trips promoted by Crucemundo requires the express acceptance of this Policy.

    Crucemundo warns that, except for the existence of a legally constituted representation, no user and / or client can use another person’s identity, so the data provided to Crucemundo must be personal data, corresponding to their own identity, adequate, relevant, current, exact and true.

    In this sense, the user and / or client will be solely responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to third parties or Crucemundo by the use of false, obsolete, inappropriate, or irrelevant personal data. Likewise, the user and / or client who communicates third-party personal data will be responsible for having obtained the corresponding authorization from the interested party, as well as for the consequences otherwise.

    In the same way, the user and / or client that provides personal data to Crucemundo confirms to be of legal age, in accordance with the provisions of Spanish legislation, abstaining in the opposite case from providing data to Crucemundo. Any information provided about a minor will require the consent or prior authorization of their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who will be held responsible for the data provided by the minors under their care.

    This Policy will be of subsidiary application with respect to those other conditions of personal data protection that are established and communicated, without limitation, in the registration forms and contracts.

    Purposes of the collection and processing of personal data

    There are several ways in which Crucemundo stores and treats users’ personal data. The purposes of personal data collection and processing are the following:

    The "cookies" that Crucemundo uses on its website are stored on the user's computer or mobile device and are collected in order to improve the website’s usability, to learn about users’ browsing habits to be able to adapt content respectively, and to obtain statistical data.

    In any case, users can configure their browser so that it disables or blocks the reception of all or some of the cookies. The fact of not wishing to receive cookies does not constitute an impediment to access the information on the Crucemundo website although the use of some services may be limited.     In case of sending an email to Crucemundo or communicating personal data through any other means, such as a contact form, Crucemundo collects and uses such personal data to reply to the questions and requests connected to Crucemundo products.

    In case of filling out any form in order to participate in a Crucemundo commercial campaign, Crucemundo collects and uses such personal data to enable such participation, as well as to send commercial and advertising information on Crucemundo cruises and services, unless the users expressly opts out of receiving this information at the moment of submitting the data. Notwithstanding the above, the user may change their decision at any time, as many times as they wish, by communicating Crucemundo.

    In case of booking a Crucemundo cruise and / or service Crucemundo collects and uses only the personal data that is necessary to establish the contractual relationship and enable the booking.

    Personal data storage period

    Crucemundo will store users’ personal data for the time strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes.

    Personal data recipients

    The recipients of personal data collected by Crucemundo will be the following:

    Crucemundo employees in order to perform their duties.

    Crucemundo suppliers that provide cruises and / or other services offered by Crucemundo when such provision is necessary.

    Crucemundo suppliers that take part in Customer Service, marketing and / or improvement of the products and services offered by Crucemundo.

    Legal or administrative bodies, as well as the State Security Forces and Corps, in the event that Crucemundo was required in accordance with current legislation to provide information related to its clients and its services.

    User rights

    Users may exercise at any time the following rights recognized by the GDPR:

    Right to access

    Users have the right to obtain information from Crucemundo about whether and how the latter is treating their personal data, as well as to access this data.

    Right to obtain a copy of your personal data

    Users may request a copy of the personal data stored by Crucemundo

    Right to modification

    Users have the right to have Crucemundo modify their personal data in the case that they are inaccurate or incomplete.

    Right to deletion

    Users have the right to ask for the deletion of their personal data when they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were provided or for other lawful reasons.

    The users have the right to receive the personal data that concern them in a structured format, as long as said data are exclusively for the user and have been provided by the latter.

    Whether they are Crucemundo clients or not, users can exercise their rights by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by sending a request accompanied by their ID or another identity document to Crucemundo SL C / Travessera de les Corts No. 348, local 4, CP 08029 Barcelona specifying the right they wish to exercise.

    In cases of unfounded or repetitive requests, Crucemundo reserves the right to charge a fee for the corresponding administrative costs, or to refuse to act with respect to such requests, in accordance with art. 12.5 GDPR.

    Crucemundo users and / or clients may contact the corresponding local law authority if they consider that the treatment of their personal data is not carried out in accordance with current legislation.

    International transfers of personal data

    If the provision of a Crucemundo product or service requires international data transfers, said such condition will be included in the Specific Conditions that apply to this product or service booked by the client for the latter’s explicit consent.

    Security measures

    Crucemundo will exercise the necessary security measures in order to:

    Guarantee permanent confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of personal data treatment systems and services.

    Restore availability and access to personal data quickly, in case of physical or technical incidents.

    Regularly verify, evaluate, and assess the effectiveness of the technical and organizational measures implemented to guarantee the safety of the personal data treatment.


    Crucemundo is not responsible for the obligations breach arising from the GDPR or corresponding regulations on data protection by the user and / or client during their activities related to the execution of the contract or business relationships with Crucemundo.

    Each party must face the responsibility that arises from its breach of contractual obligations and regulations.
